A: Absolutely! Our classes have a good number of women and girls learning MMA and achieving their fitness goals. Many of the self-defense techniques are great for females especially because they rely on speed and accuracy as opposed to brute force. And kicking is one of the most efficient ways to tone muscles, fast.
